The Car Kit operates continuously while the patrol vehicle is in motion — reading every plate in range and checking it against databases in real time.

Up to four IP cameras with global shutter and 855nm IR LEDs continuously capture plates in motion — front, rear or side — in any lighting condition.

The Intel NUC i5/i7 on-board computer runs Metrici LPR, reading each plate and matching it against whitelists, hot-lists and permit databases.

If a plate is on a restricted or stolen list, a priority sound and colour alert fires instantly on the touchscreen display inside the vehicle. Officers act without delay.

GPS-Tagged Record

Every detection is stored with plate, photo, GPS coordinates, speed, timestamp and direction. Full database accessible on-board or from a central command centre via dual-SIM 4G.
