Pescariu Sports & Spa is the largest luxury club for fitness, tennis, and spa in Bucharest. Members can spend the entire day enjoying their preferred activities — swimming, tennis, aerobics, cycling, squash, fitness, and football — followed by relaxation, dining, or an evening at the Fratelli nightclub.
The complex features 6 tennis courts, a 3,000 m² cloakroom building, a fitness center, outdoor pools, a children's playground, two restaurants, a football field, squash courts, a massage and spa area, a beauty salon, and the Fratelli nightclub — all built on an investment of over €5 million.
The club has over 1,500 members, with membership growing 10% every year. Access to all facilities, except two outdoor pools, is controlled via membership cards.

As a luxury club, the owner demanded the highest standard from the license plate recognition system. The integrators proposed Metrici LPR for its fast recognition speed, which delivers a premium experience for club members, and its comprehensive reports and statistics.

Since the cameras and barriers at the entrance were the first thing any visitor would see, they chose top-tier cameras that combined technical performance with elegant design. Two pathways · Members and occasional visitors
As a member's vehicle approaches, the LPR camera reads the plate. Metrici cross-references it with the Skidata system. If confirmed, the barrier opens instantly — no stopping required.
Occasional visitors receive a receipt with their plate number printed on it. The plate is automatically registered in the management system for exit verification.
On exit, Metrici detects the guest's plate and opens the barrier automatically — eliminating the need for manual ticket validation.

Members no longer need to wait in line — the barrier opens automatically the moment their plate is recognized and confirmed by Skidata.
Occasional visitors' plates are printed on their receipt and auto-registered. On exit, the barrier opens on plate detection — no manual validation needed.
